Ingredients
- Apples
- Peanut butter or almond butter
- Mini Christmas cookie cutters
Instructions
- Wash the apples thoroughly to remove any dirt or wax.
- Cut the apples into 1/4 inch circular slices.
- Spread nut butter over one circular apple slice.
- Place another circular apple slice on top to form a sandwich.
- Use a small Christmas cookie cutter to cut out a fun shape in the center of the apple slices.

Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for a day or two. Prevent browning by squeezing lemon juice on the apple slices.
