Apple Mimosa Mocktail

A light, fizzy drink mixing apple cider and non-alcoholic sparkling wine, perfect for a healthy brunch or party.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup non-alcoholic sparkling wine
  • Caramel cinnamon rim (optional)
  • Dried apple or cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
  • Granulated sugar (for cinnamon sugar)
  • Powdered cinnamon (for cinnamon sugar)

Instructions

  1. Pour equal parts non-alcoholic sparkling wine and apple cider into your glass.
  2. Garnish with some dried apple or a cinnamon stick (optional).
  3. Coat the rim of the glass with caramel for the optional caramel cinnamon rim.
  4. Mix half a cup of granulated sugar with 1 tablespoon powdered cinnamon for cinnamon sugar.

Notes

Chill both liquids well for the best fizz. For a low-sugar version, choose a low-sugar apple cider.
