- 3 bananas, peeled and thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the bananas into ⅛-inch rounds.
- Brush each slice with lemon juice on both sides.
- Arrange the banana slices on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about half an inch apart.
- Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through.
- Allow the chips to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
Notes
Store baked banana chips in an airtight container for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.
