Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares.
  4. Press each square into the muffin cups, ensuring the sides come up to hold the filling.
