Baked Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until soft.
  4. Stir in cream cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Add taco seasoning and beef broth, and mix well.
  6. Roll out the crescent dough in a greased baking dish.
  7. Pour the beef mixture over the dough and spread evenly.
  8. Top with provolone and mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
