- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until soft.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted and combined.
- Add taco seasoning and beef broth, and mix well.
- Roll out the crescent dough in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the beef mixture over the dough and spread evenly.
- Top with provolone and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
