Instructions
- Brew coffee and let cool slightly if very hot.
- Stir in chia or ground flaxseeds after brewing.
- Add almond milk and cinnamon if desired.
- Whisk in protein powder gently to prevent clumps.
- Let chia seeds bloom for 2–3 minutes.
- Sip slowly over 15–20 minutes.
Notes
