Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (freshly ground preferred)
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder or ½ inch fresh grated ginger
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or lemon water
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
- 1–2 drops stevia or ½ teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar or sealable container.
- Shake vigorously or stir well to combine.
- Let the mixture soak for 30–60 minutes (or overnight) to allow seeds to expand.
- Stir again before drinking and consume slowly.
Notes
Always soak seeds before consuming. Start with 1 teaspoon chia seeds if new to high-fiber foods. Store soaked mixture in fridge for up to 5 days. Use warm lemon water in cooler weather for added digestive support.
