Bariatric Seed Trick

A viral natural weight loss remedy made with chia, basil, and flax seeds to reduce bloating, suppress appetite, and promote fat burning.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon basil seeds (sabja)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1.5 cups warm water
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Add chia seeds, basil seeds, and ground flaxseeds to a glass or mason jar.
  2. Pour in the warm water and stir to prevent clumping.
  3. Add lemon juice and optional cinnamon or apple cider vinegar.
  4. Let the mixture soak for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
  5. Stir well before drinking.
  6. Consume 15–30 minutes before lunch or dinner for best results.

Notes

Always soak seeds before consuming. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do not exceed 2 servings daily.
