- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1.5 cups warm water
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Add chia seeds, basil seeds, and ground flaxseeds to a glass or mason jar.
- Pour in the warm water and stir to prevent clumping.
- Add lemon juice and optional cinnamon or apple cider vinegar.
- Let the mixture soak for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
- Stir well before drinking.
- Consume 15–30 minutes before lunch or dinner for best results.
Notes
Always soak seeds before consuming. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do not exceed 2 servings daily.
