- ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- Juice from ½ fresh lemon
Instructions
- Bring the water to a gentle boil, then turn off the heat.
- Add the grated ginger and steep the green tea bag for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag, stir in the fresh lemon juice.
- Sip the tea warm on an empty stomach. Optional: enjoy a second cup before dinner.
