Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- White sauce (ranch, garlic cream, or crème fraîche)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Dill pickles, thinly sliced
- Bread & butter pickles, thinly sliced
- Garlic pickles, sliced
- Spicy pickles, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the white sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Evenly distribute the sliced dill pickles, bread & butter pickles, garlic pickles, and spicy pickles over the cheese.
- Transfer the pizza to a pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Pat pickle slices dry with a paper towel before placing them on the pizza to avoid a soggy crust.
