Dill Pickle Pizza

A unique pizza topped with a variety of pickles, from classic dill to sweet bread and butter, creating a savory, tangy flavor explosion.

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • White sauce (ranch, garlic cream, or crème fraîche)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Dill pickles, thinly sliced
  • Bread & butter pickles, thinly sliced
  • Garlic pickles, sliced
  • Spicy pickles, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the white sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Evenly distribute the sliced dill pickles, bread & butter pickles, garlic pickles, and spicy pickles over the cheese.
  6. Transfer the pizza to a pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Pat pickle slices dry with a paper towel before placing them on the pizza to avoid a soggy crust.
