- 1 cup lemonade
- 1 oz alcohol-free vodka (or lemon juice/orange juice as a substitute)
- Fruit or flowers to garnish (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina (for the Better For You version)
- 1 cup low sugar/sugar-free lemonade (for the Better For You version)
Instructions
- Fill a large glass with ice. Pour the blue curacao syrup and alcohol-free vodka (or alternative) into your glass. Slowly top with lemonade. Stir gently, garnish, and serve.
- For the Better For You version: Fill a large glass with ice. Place blue spirulina in your glass, then add the alcohol-free vodka (or alternative) and lemonade. Stir gently. If the drink foams up, scoop out the foam. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Serve chilled with garnishes for a festive look. Can be prepared ahead of time for parties.
