- 4 cups white fudge-covered miniature pretzels
- 1 package (10 ounces) miniature marshmallows
- 1 package (10 to 12 ounces) white baking chips
- 2 cups butter, cubed
- 3 packages (10 ounces each) large marshmallows
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 cups Cap’n Crunch cereal
Instructions
- Line a 15x10x1-inch pan with parchment paper, letting the ends extend over the sides for easier removal later.
- Place the white fudge-covered pretzels, miniature marshmallows, and white baking chips in the freezer for 1 hour.
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen pretzels, marshmallows, and baking chips.
- Melt the cubed butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 10-13 minutes until browned.
- Add the large marshmallows to the pot and stir until melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and salt into the marshmallow mixture.
- Add the Cap’n Crunch cereal and stir until fully coated.
- Gently fold in the pretzel mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press evenly with a buttered spatula.
- Let cool completely at room temperature, then lift out using parchment paper.
- Cut into bars of desired size and store in an airtight container.
Notes
These bars can be stored at room temperature for up to a week or frozen for up to three months.
