Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box brownie mix, baked in an 8×8 pan according to package directions
- 1/2 cup chocolate frosting or 4 oz softened cream cheese for binding
- 12 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate melting wafers for coating
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, optional for a smoother dip
- Sprinkles, crushed nuts, flaky salt, or mini chips for topping
Instructions
- Bake the brownies and let them cool completely, at least 1 hour.
- Crumble the brownies into a bowl, removing any overly crisp edges.
- Mix in the binder until a dough that holds together is formed.
- Roll into 1 tablespoon balls and chill for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate wafers with coconut oil in 20 second bursts, stirring until silky.
- Dip each chilled ball, tap off excess, and place back on parchment. Decorate immediately.
- Chill again for 10 to 15 minutes to set.
Notes
Use a smaller pan for thicker brownies. Chill rolled balls to make dipping easier. Decorate immediately after dipping for the best results.
