Caesar Tofu Lettuce Wraps

A fresh and tasty twist on the classic Caesar salad, wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves for a guilt-free meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of iceberg lettuce
  • Handful of croutons of choice
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (vegan option available)
  • 1/2 cup tofu lunch “meat” or protein of choice
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup pickled red onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lettuce: Carefully remove the outer layers of the iceberg lettuce and cut the core off. Lay the leaves on top of each other.
  2. Season the Lettuce: Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then drizzle on some Caesar dressing.
  3. Layer the Ingredients: Add the tofu, followed by croutons, Parmesan cheese, and pickled red onions. Drizzle more dressing if desired.
  4. Roll the Wrap: Roll the wrap like a burrito, tucking tightly, and fold in the sides as you go.
  5. Cut and Enjoy: Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Enjoy fresh, as leftover ingredients can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Avoid freezing the wraps.
