- 3 pieces of iceberg lettuce
- Handful of croutons of choice
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (vegan option available)
- 1/2 cup tofu lunch “meat” or protein of choice
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup pickled red onions
Instructions
- Prepare the Lettuce: Carefully remove the outer layers of the iceberg lettuce and cut the core off. Lay the leaves on top of each other.
- Season the Lettuce: Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then drizzle on some Caesar dressing.
- Layer the Ingredients: Add the tofu, followed by croutons, Parmesan cheese, and pickled red onions. Drizzle more dressing if desired.
- Roll the Wrap: Roll the wrap like a burrito, tucking tightly, and fold in the sides as you go.
- Cut and Enjoy: Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Enjoy fresh, as leftover ingredients can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Avoid freezing the wraps.
