  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or crushed crackers for coating
  • Crackers, bread, or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well blended, then fold in green onions and crumbled bacon (if using).
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and the cheese ball to firm up.
  5. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans or crushed crackers for added texture.
