- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a medium-sized baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth in a food processor or blender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until a dough forms; add more almond flour if too sticky.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about ⅛-inch thickness.
- Cut the rolled dough into small squares.
- Transfer the squares to the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cracker.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
These crackers can be served with various dips, or enjoyed plain. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
