Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Stir in the cream cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until smooth.
- Spread the beef mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the egg and cream mixture over the beef layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until set and golden.
- Let it cool slightly and garnish with optional parsley or green onions before serving.
