- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles, well drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Garlic powder to taste
- Seasoned salt to taste
- 5 flour tortillas (10 inches), warmed
- Salsa, optional
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream in a mixing bowl until well combined and smooth.
- Stir in the chopped olives, drained green chiles, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and seasoned salt until evenly distributed.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the warmed tortillas.
- Roll the tortillas up tightly starting from one edge.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and twist the ends to seal securely.
- Refrigerate the wrapped tortillas for several hours to firm up.
- When ready to serve, unwrap and slice the tortillas into 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces.
- Serve with salsa on the side if desired.

These rolls can be made in advance and stored in the fridge or frozen for later use.
