  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles, well drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Seasoned salt to taste
  • 5 flour tortillas (10 inches), warmed
  • Salsa, optional

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream in a mixing bowl until well combined and smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped olives, drained green chiles, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and seasoned salt until evenly distributed.
  3. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the warmed tortillas.
  4. Roll the tortillas up tightly starting from one edge.
  5. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and twist the ends to seal securely.
  6. Refrigerate the wrapped tortillas for several hours to firm up.
  7. When ready to serve, unwrap and slice the tortillas into 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces.
  8. Serve with salsa on the side if desired.
