- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet, leaving space between.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the meatballs for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, mix cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce over medium heat until warm, stirring occasionally.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, toss them in the warm sauce until well-coated.
- Transfer the meatballs to a serving plate and enjoy warm.
