- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 large flour tortilla
- Red sugar sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped dried cranberries and walnuts until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the flour tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one edge to the other, forming a log shape.
- Wrap the log in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- After chilling, slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and sprinkle red sugar on top if desired.
Notes
