Christmas Fruit Wreath

A vibrant and refreshing fruit wreath made with kiwis, pomegranates, and strawberries, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 green kiwis, peeled
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
  • 2 fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Kiwis: Peel and slice the kiwis into ½ inch slices. Then, cut each kiwi slice in half.
  2. Form the Wreath Base: Get out a large plate and start by overlapping two kiwi slice halves slightly angled.
  3. Continue Adding Kiwis: Add the halved kiwi slices around the plate until a wreath shape starts to form.
  4. Distribute Pomegranate Arils: Evenly distribute the pomegranate arils around the wreath.
  5. Create the Strawberry Bow: Slice the stems off the strawberries, cut them in half lengthways, and arrange at the bottom of the kiwi wreath.
  6. Finish the Bow: Place the two strawberry quarters so that the thicker parts are touching the top of the bow.
  7. Add a Kiwi Accent: Cut a small square out of a kiwi slice and place it in the middle of the bow.
  8. Serve or Store: Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.

Notes

This wreath pairs well with pancakes, brunch buffets, or as a light dessert option. Serve with small forks or toothpicks for convenience.
