Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add chosen cooking oil.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and fully cooked.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer for about 2 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Stir in butter until melted and season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Serve the shrimp scampi over pasta or with crusty bread.
