Cloud Coffee

Learn how to make cloud coffee (aka Dalgona coffee) with this simple 3-ingredient recipe. Frothy, creamy, and perfect for an Instagram-worthy coffee moment!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp hot water

  • 1 cup milk of choice (cold or hot)

  • Optional toppings: cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a bowl.

  • Whip the mixture with a hand mixer or whisk until thick and fluffy (2-5 minutes).

  • Fill a glass halfway with hot or cold milk.

  • Spoon the whipped coffee foam over the milk.

  • Top with optional cocoa, cinnamon, or other toppings.

 

  • Stir and enjoy!

Notes

For a sugar-free version, use erythritol or monk fruit sweetener.
