Cookies and Cream Fudge

A sweet and creamy fudge made with white chocolate and crunchy cream cookies, perfect for gifting or as a delicious treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or 24 oz package vanilla Almond bark
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 cups Oreo cookies, chopped or any cream filled cookie

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk together on low heat until smooth.
  2. Stir in vanilla and flour until fully mixed.
  3. Fold in the chopped cookies until well distributed.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch pan and chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Cut into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months.
