- 1 cup whole milk small curds cottage cheese (256 g)
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1½ Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop about 1.5 tablespoons of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet and flatten each portion to a thickness of about 3/16 to 1/4 inch.
- Sprinkle roughly 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese over each chip.
- If desired, add a layer of Everything Bagel seasoning on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until edges are dark brown and crispy.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let the chips cool completely.
Notes
The chips can be served plain or with dips like hummus, guacamole, or yogurt-based sauces. They can be customized with various seasonings for added flavor.
