Cottage Cheese Chips

Cottage Cheese Chips are a healthy and crunchy snack option, easy to prepare and customizable.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk small curds cottage cheese (256 g)
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1½ Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Drop about 1.5 tablespoons of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet and flatten each portion to a thickness of about 3/16 to 1/4 inch.
  4. Sprinkle roughly 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese over each chip.
  5. If desired, add a layer of Everything Bagel seasoning on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until edges are dark brown and crispy.
  7. Once baked, remove from the oven and let the chips cool completely.

Notes

The chips can be served plain or with dips like hummus, guacamole, or yogurt-based sauces. They can be customized with various seasonings for added flavor.
