Cranberry Baked Brie

An elegant and simple appetizer combining warm brie cheese with sweet and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz round brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 25 crackers
  • 1 cup pecans
  • Fruits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie on a piece of parchment paper.
  3. Transfer the parchment paper with the brie onto a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until soft and warm.
  4. Carefully remove the brie from the oven and let it rest for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Transfer the brie to a serving platter, top with cranberry sauce, and sprinkle pecans on top.
  6. Serve with crackers and optional fruits.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, covered.
