- 8 oz round brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 25 crackers
- 1 cup pecans
- Fruits (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie on a piece of parchment paper.
- Transfer the parchment paper with the brie onto a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until soft and warm.
- Carefully remove the brie from the oven and let it rest for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Transfer the brie to a serving platter, top with cranberry sauce, and sprinkle pecans on top.
- Serve with crackers and optional fruits.
Notes
Best enjoyed warm. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, covered.
