  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the corn and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle crushed crackers or breadcrumbs on top for added texture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving to help it set.
