- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the corn and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed crackers or breadcrumbs on top for added texture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving to help it set.
