Air Fryer Potato Chips Gluten Free

Crispy and delicious homemade potato chips made in an air fryer, perfect for a guilt-free snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 large Russet potatoes
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: Smoked paprika or your favorite seasoning

Instructions

  1. Slice the Russet potatoes thinly, about 1-2 mm thick.
  2. Soak the potato slices in cold water for 20-30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and dry the slices thoroughly with a tea towel or paper napkin.
  4. Toss the dried slices in a little olive oil.
  5. Preheat the air fryer if desired, then air fry the potato slices in small batches at a moderate temperature, flipping once.
  6. Season with salt and spices immediately after cooking.
  7. Let the chips cool slightly for extra crispiness before serving.

Notes

For best results, do not crowd the air fryer basket. Chips will crisp up more as they cool. Experiment with different seasonings for added flavor.
