  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large yellow onions
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Slice the onions into thin rings; pull apart the rings for snackable pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat until hot.

  5. Fry the onion rings in hot oil in batches for about 2-3 minutes, flipping until golden brown.
