- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer the diced potatoes, kielbasa, and chopped onion in a slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes and kielbasa in the slow cooker.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir before serving and enjoy your delicious meal!
