Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

A delightful dish that combines the comfort of lasagna with the ease of a slow cooker, perfect for busy days.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of the greased slow cooker.
  4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  5. Top with half of the remaining meat sauce and half of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  6. Repeat the layering with the remaining ingredients, finishing with cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours until heated through and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with a side salad or garlic bread. Top with fresh herbs or extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
