- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese

- 4 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- In a crockpot, add the chicken breasts, corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- About 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot and mix in the cream cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
