Cucumber Spritz Mocktail

A bright and fresh cucumber-based mocktail that’s light, low calorie, and easy to make.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz cucumber juice
  • 0.5 oz elderflower syrup or cordial
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 cup dry sparkling wine or soda water
  • Cucumber ribbon and/or edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill your wine glass to the brim with ice, then add the elderflower syrup or cordial.
  2. Add the cucumber juice and lime juice.
  3. Gently pour in the non-alcoholic wine or soda and stir, being careful not to disturb the bubbles too much.
  4. Add your optional garnish and serve.

Notes

For a lower sugar version, swap the elderflower syrup for a sugar-free cordial. Store leftover cucumber juice in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 2 days.
