Instructions
- Preheat your oil for frying or your oven to 425°F (220°C) for baking.
- Skewer each potato onto a stick.

- Fry the skewered potatoes until golden and crispy, or bake in the oven, turning halfway through.
- Season immediately with salt and your choice of toppings after cooking.
