- 3/4 cup melted chocolate chips

Instructions
- Line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
- Split the dates open and smash them flat on the tray to form the base.
- Spread the peanut (or almond) butter over the dates.
- Pour melted chocolate over the top.
- Sprinkle on any optional extras like nuts, coconut, or sea salt.
- Chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes, or until set.
Notes
Store leftover bark in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to a month.
