A quick and easy no-bake snack made with Medjool dates, peanut butter, and chocolate, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1012 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 3/4 cup melted chocolate chips
  • Optional: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Split the dates open and smash them flat on the tray to form the base.
  3. Spread the peanut (or almond) butter over the dates.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the top.
  5. Sprinkle on any optional extras like nuts, coconut, or sea salt.
  6. Chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes, or until set.

Notes

Store leftover bark in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to a month.
