Easy Big Mac Sauce

A creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet burger sauce that you can whip up at home in just five minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together mayo, relish, mustard, and ketchup until smooth.
  2. Add vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, sugar, and salt. Whisk until the color is even and the sauce looks glossy.
  3. Taste and adjust the flavors as desired with additional vinegar or sugar.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and the sauce thicken.
  5. Stir before serving.

Notes

The sauce tastes better after chilling for a while. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
