- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt, plus more to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together mayo, relish, mustard, and ketchup until smooth.
- Add vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, sugar, and salt. Whisk until the color is even and the sauce looks glossy.
- Taste and adjust the flavors as desired with additional vinegar or sugar.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and the sauce thicken.
- Stir before serving.
Notes
The sauce tastes better after chilling for a while. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
