Ingredients

- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) green beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups French fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic, onions, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the drained green beans until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and stir in half of the French fried onions.
- Top with the remaining onions and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Great for busy nights and holiday meals. For a twist, consider adding fresh mushrooms or cheese on top.
