Easy Fudge

A quick and easy fudge recipe that melts in your mouth, made with chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips, semisweet
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Butter or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
  2. Butter or spray a square 8×8 or 9×9 pan and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  4. Remove from microwave, let sit for 1 minute, and then stir to combine.
  5. If needed, put back in the microwave and heat for an additional 30 seconds.
  6. Stir until chips are completely melted and chocolate is smooth.
  7. Add vanilla extract and combine. Add walnuts or pecans, if using.
  8. Pour fudge into prepared pan.
  9. Place pan in the fridge for at least 1 hour to cool and set.
  10. Once set, remove from fridge and cut into squares. Enjoy!

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months. Let thaw before serving.
