- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup flour
- Few drops red food coloring
- Sprinkles (optional)
- 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8 or 9×9 inch square pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
- Measure and organize all ingredients.
- In a saucepan over low heat, warm the sweetened condensed milk until hot but not boiling.
- Add chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and food coloring; stir frequently until melted and smooth.
- If needed to smooth out, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter or shortening.
- Stir in flour until blended.
- Add any desired mix-ins while the fudge is hot, stirring only a few times.
- Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle any toppings on top.
- Chill the fudge until set, then cut into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
