Easy Red Velvet Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • Few drops red food coloring
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8 or 9×9 inch square pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
  2. Measure and organize all ingredients.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, warm the sweetened condensed milk until hot but not boiling.
  4. Add chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and food coloring; stir frequently until melted and smooth.
  5. If needed to smooth out, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter or shortening.
  6. Stir in flour until blended.
  7. Add any desired mix-ins while the fudge is hot, stirring only a few times.
  8. Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle any toppings on top.
  9. Chill the fudge until set, then cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
