- 1 (18 oz) box brownie mix plus ingredients called for on the box
- 2 1/2 tsp instant espresso powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3 tsp Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the instructions on the box.
- Stir in the espresso powder and Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur into the brownie batter.
- Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Press a shot glass into the center of each brownie to create a cup shape.
- Let the brownie cups cool completely in the muffin tin.
- Prepare the frosting by mixing the softened butter and Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur until combined.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing slowly, then beat until light and fluffy.
- Pipe the frosting into each cooled brownie cup.
- Optionally, top with festive sprinkles.
Notes
Best served at room temperature. Can be paired with coffee or a glass of Baileys for added enjoyment.
