Festive Christmas Cranberry Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cream cheese, cranberry sauce, chopped nuts, and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough, separating each triangle and laying them flat.
  4. On the wider end of each triangle, place a spoonful of the cranberry mixture.
  5. Roll up the dough from the wide end, tucking in the sides slightly.
  6. Place each roll on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to two months.
