  • 1 lb high-quality steak, sliced thin
  • 1 package lightning noodles
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and melt 1 tbsp of butter.
  2. Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook until slightly tender.
  5. Cook lightning noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  6. Return steak to the pan, add noodles, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Toss everything together.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until flavors combine.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle with sesame oil or add a splash of Worcestershire sauce before serving.
