Ingredients

- 1 lb high-quality steak, sliced thin
- 1 package lightning noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and melt 1 tbsp of butter.
- Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until slightly tender.
- Cook lightning noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Return steak to the pan, add noodles, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Toss everything together.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until flavors combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle with sesame oil or add a splash of Worcestershire sauce before serving.
