- 1 can green beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup French fried onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in half of the French fried onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining French fried onions and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese is melted.
Notes
You can mix the casserole ahead of time and bake just before serving for convenience.
