Ingredients

  • 34 tablespoons milk (non-dairy preferred)
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 3/4 cup almond flour (or heat-treated all-purpose flour)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (extra dark preferred)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the softened coconut oil (or butter).
  2. Pour in the milk, coconut sugar, almond flour, and cocoa powder.
  3. Mix all these ingredients together until everything is well combined.
  4. Once the mixture looks smooth, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Enjoy your delicious brownie batter!

Notes

Store any leftover batter in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Can be frozen in portions for later use.
