- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped

- 4 cups soft bread cubes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped

- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and celery. Sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, and chopped fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Gradually add vegetable broth to the mixture. Stir until the bread is moist but not soggy.
- Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Serve warm alongside your holiday meal.
