- 1/2 cup chilled hibiscus tea
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- Splash of pineapple juice (to taste)
- Pinch of mineral salt
- Optional sweetener (honey, maple syrup, etc.)
- Pineapple fronds, lime, or hibiscus flowers (optional garnishes)
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add 1/2 cup chilled hibiscus tea to the glass.
- Pour in 1/2 cup coconut water.
- Add a splash of pineapple juice to taste and adjust as needed.
- Add a small pinch of mineral salt.
- If desired, stir in a little honey or maple syrup.
- Stir well until the drink is evenly flavored.
- Garnish with a lime wedge, pineapple frond, or dried hibiscus flower. Serve cold.
Notes
Store in a sealed bottle in the fridge for up to 3 days. Adjust sweetness to fit personal taste preferences.
