- 1 teaspoon powdered monk fruit sweetener
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 oz non-alcoholic tequila alternative (like Ritual)
- Optional: agave (for extra sweetness)
- Optional garnishes: salt and hibiscus rim, lime wheels, edible flowers
Instructions
- Brew the hibiscus tea according to packet instructions and strain. While the tea is hot, add monk fruit sweetener to taste. Stir to dissolve and set aside to cool.
- Combine chilled hibiscus tea, lime juice, orange juice, and non-alcoholic tequila in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well and strain over ice into a tumbler.
- Garnish with lime, hibiscus leaves, or edible flowers.
