Ingredients

  • 3 oz chilled hibiscus tea
  • 1 teaspoon powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz non-alcoholic tequila alternative (like Ritual)
  • Optional: agave (for extra sweetness)
  • Optional garnishes: salt and hibiscus rim, lime wheels, edible flowers

Instructions

  1. Brew the hibiscus tea according to packet instructions and strain. While the tea is hot, add monk fruit sweetener to taste. Stir to dissolve and set aside to cool.
  2. Combine chilled hibiscus tea, lime juice, orange juice, and non-alcoholic tequila in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain over ice into a tumbler.
  4. Garnish with lime, hibiscus leaves, or edible flowers.
