Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 apple, cored
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk to the blender.
  2. Include fresh spinach, banana, apple, flaxseed, spirulina powder, ginger, lemon juice, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth.
