- 1 package cocktail sausages
- 1 sheet puff pastry or crescent roll dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry or open the crescent roll dough.
- Cut the dough into small rectangles.
- Place a cocktail sausage in the center of each rectangle and roll it up.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and add decorative garnishes if desired.
