Holiday Toast is a fun and easy way to celebrate the festive season with delicious, creative, and healthy toasts.

Ingredients

  • Whole-grain bread
  • Peanut butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Mashed avocado
  • Guacamole
  • Diced veggies (like peppers, cucumbers, and broccoli)
  • Fruit (like strawberries or bananas)
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Coconut (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Toast whole-grain bread in desired shapes using cookie cutters.
  2. For the Gingerbread Man shape, spread peanut butter and add diced strawberries for the mouth and mini chocolate chips for eyes and buttons.
  3. For the Candy Cane shape, spread cream cheese and use diced strawberries for red stripes.
  4. For the Christmas Tree shape, spread mashed avocado and decorate with diced veggies and a cheese piece on top.
  5. For the Ornament shape, spread cream cheese and use assorted veggies for decor.
  6. For the Snowflake shape, spread cream cheese, add mini chocolate chips, and sprinkle shredded coconut.
